Father’s Day 2023
We spent Father’s Day the @wagyustudio way: we prepared an extra special menu inspired by all the wonderful dads and father figures in our lives. 🍽️ In case you missed it, here’s a rundown of the weekend’s crowd-favorites:
First things first, we started each meal with a glass of saporro and fried gyoza for every dad at each table
Yuzu Kampachi—the freshest amberjack sashimi dressed with yuzu soy and green chilli
Maine Lobster—served with yuzu kosho butter and grilled lemon, one of the “Maine” events and the first to sell out
Westholme Tomahawk—AUS wagyu basted with wasabi butter and yuzu soy sauce, sold out and 100% dad-approved
Musk Melon—and the perfect end to a perfect meal? A premium Japanese melon imported straight from Tokyo

It’s happening! 🍔 Kobe Burger Night comes back for round 2️⃣ headlined by Chef Alvin’s signature sandwich + 2 new spins on the classic burger by Chef Yoji and Chef Erik (fish fillet!)

Kobe Burger Night x Chef Alvin Cailan
Chef Alvin Cailan is a proud Filipino-American who knows exactly what a burger should be. He is the famous Burger God, host of the online series The Burger Show, and owner of Umami Burger, his new California venture packed with all the new flavors. Let us also not forget that he is the man behind the famous Los Angeles egg sandwich cult favorite, Egg Slut.
We are honored to host a collaboration with the most well-known chef in America’s Filipino food scene for a Kobe Beef Burger Night.
